Island of Lost Souls (2007)

This Danish fantasy-adventure film is well-made, entertaining, quite engaging, and sometimes funny. The acting is good, especially Lucas Munk Billing as Sylvester. With its 630 special-effects shots—most of which are great—composing a total of 35 minutes of its running time, Island of Lost Souls is Scandinavia's biggest special-effects movie to date.
